Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover Ratify Exhibits, a Ratify product, and follow the Ratify Terms of Service, with the additions below that are specific to Ratify Exhibits.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ratify Exhibits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Ratify Exhibits on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of service

Ratify Exhibits provides a workspace for loading trade show exhibitor manuals and contractor kits, answering questions about them with page citations, tracking show deadlines, and recording client approval of booth designs and variance requests. Ratify Exhibits is not affiliated with any show organizer, venue or service contractor.

3. Founding Floor Program (beta)

The Founding Floor Program is a paid beta with a limited number of places. Founding prices are shown on exhibits.getratify.com in US dollars, exclude taxes, and stay in place for as long as your subscription continues without a break. A show is one set of manuals of up to 150 pages; larger sets count per 150 pages. Beta features may change, and some may be added or removed as the product develops. One build request per founding member is included after a feasibility review; accepting a request does not guarantee a delivery date.

4. Credits

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of shows and question credits. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless we say otherwise. Credits used per action are listed in our pricing section and may be adjusted with notice.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including the clients you invite. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Content ownership and your rights to upload

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. We do not claim ownership over your documents, comments, or other content, and we only use it as necessary to provide and improve the service. Exhibitor manuals and contractor kits belong to their publishers; you confirm that you have the right to upload and use each document you add, including with AI.

7. Rules, answers and approvals

Answers, rule sheets and deadline lists are produced with AI and can be wrong or out of date. Always check them against the cited page and the show’s current documents, and confirm with show management where it matters. Show approval of designs, installer forms, insurance and variances remains with the show organizer and its contractors. Approval records in Ratify Exhibits include the signer’s typed name, timestamp, and IP address. While these records provide evidence of agreement, they may not constitute legally binding signatures in all jurisdictions.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use Ratify Exhibits to store or transmit illegal content, impersonate others, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of liability

Ratify Exhibits is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including fines, rejected designs or missed deadlines.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
